Commercial Snow Removal

Roof Clearing
Rural properties are often protected from wind and sun exposure allowing snow to accumulate on your roof. While this makes for a picturesque photo, it can create serious issues for your eaves and roof. The accumulated snow will act as an insulant, thus warming the bottom storm layers. When these layers re-freeze the ice dams push the water back into the roofing material and into your attic. It can also weigh into your eaves and pull them off the facia becoming a very expensive insurance claim. Maintaining clearance of snow approximately 2’ to 4’ away from the roof line will mitigate ice build-up and allow snow to melt and either evaporate or slowly work through your eave system.
